  • Agistment and training of high quality warmblood horses.  We accept thoroughbred horses.
  • Rider/horse development by Tor or Melissa Van Den Berge and other talented staff.

    EQUESTRIAN FACILITIES

  • Seven steel fenced paddocks with shelters and
    automatic water, with two more currently under
    construction
  • Two foaling paddocks
  • Nine large stalls with on demand water and good
    ventilation
  • Segregated stallion stalls
  • 4 'walk in' stables with individual paddocks.
  • Full sized (20 x 60m) steel fenced dressage arena

  • Fully rubber skirted round yard with steel fencing
  • Wash bays and cross-ties
  • Stud collection facilities including dummy and treatment room

    AGISTMENT REGIME
    All agisted horses are looked after to the highest standards by experienced staff. All horses receive:
    • Stable and paddock time
    • Large shelters in each paddock
    • Stables cleaned twice daily
    • Feeding twice daily
    • Last rounds at 10 pm with a biscuit of hay
    • Rugging  to suit climatic conditions
    • Rugs and saddle blankets washed regularly (see Laundry)
    • Tack cleaned regularly
    • Worming and shoeing as required (additional charges apply). Main Farrier - Ian Batten

    Round Yard

    FOR HUMANS WE OFFER:

  • Ample parking space for trucks and floats - additional parking being created in 2010
  • Secure storage of tack and materials - upgrade about to commence.
  • Toilet and bathroom facilities
  • Refreshments at nominal cost
  • Shop
  • Overnight/weekend accommodation for owners available by arrangement and subject to
    availability $33 per night to defray electricity and water costs.
