Que Sera Farm (“QSF”)

Any person who at any time for any purpose, enters or remains, or brings, has or leaves any thing on QSF does so at his or her own risk, and the company and each of its present and past officers, employees, contractors and consultants (together “GELS”) will have no liability of any kind (including for negligence) for any loss or damage suffered by the person or to the thing, however that may occur.

Any person who at any time for any purpose comes on to or is on QSF, or brings has or leaves another person (including a minor) or a thing (including a vehicle, vehicle contents, a trailer, an animal, and any equestrian equipment) into or on QSF, agrees to indemnify GELS against any claim of any kind (including a claim for negligence) arising out of or connected with the entry or presence of the person, other person or thing on QSF, anything done or not done by GELS (whether in relation to the person, other person or thing or not) or the person or other person or any activity on or connected with QSF, and against any costs or expenses incurred by GELS in connection with any such claim.

No waiver or variation will have any effect unless it is signed by a director of the company.
