Que Sera Farm is
located deep in
the beautiful
Biddaddaba
Valley with
frontage to
Biddaddaba
Creek. It
comprises 250
acres of prime
farm land. There
is a combination
of creek flats,
rolling slopes,
plateau rich
soils and
pasture. A
mountain range
frames the
property. Que
Sera is a
working farm
with cattle and
arable crops and
Warmblood Horse
Breeding.

Please look at
our
Location Map
page to see the
exact farm
location.
Situated 10.5 km
from the
Nerang\Beaudesert
Road few
vehicles venture
past the
property and it
is a beautiful
and peaceful
place to be.

The farm was
purchased in
2007 by Kay and
Sarah Sutherland
and Stables,
Arena, Round,
new Cattle
Yards, big dam
etc. were
installed.
Fencing etc. was
updated.
In 2011 the farm
will be
undergoing major
changes.
Mare and foaling
paddocks are
being created
and foaling down
stables will
also be
installed.
We have five
beautiful foals
this year
including two
fillies from a
liaison between
our beautiful
Florett and the
wonderful
stallion Lauries
As. Both
foals were
carried by
surrogate mares.
Our paddocks are
fenced with
steel and each
has a solar
powered electric
cable on top
(keeping horses
safe in the
event that a
power cut
occurs). We have
a total of nine
high quality
stable stalls
with automatic
water. Two
additional
stables are
being built in
2011. There are
three segregated
stallion stalls.
Four stables
with walk in
paddocks were
completed in
2009.
A large dam has
been built. This
gives us an
independent
water supply. A
smaller dam has
also been
constructed
where horses can
swim and
strengthen their
legs or be
utilized as an
aid to recovery.
Our aim is to
provide a
boutique
operation to
provide a
comprehensive
service to
clients with
Dressage or
Event horses or
for the young
horse yet to be
broken in to
establish
correct
movements and
rideability. We
also breed and
source good
quality warmblood
horses. Please
see
Services and
Facilities
for further
details.

Overnight
accommodation
can be provided
by arrangement.
In 2010 we
